Dallace sleeping.

While the title of this post may sound pretty boring, it's actually pretty entertaining. Dallace has the ability of an elderly old man to fall asleep ANYWHERE! All of these pictures are from the last 2 weeks..so you can imagine how many other places she's dozed off. (Please keep in mind a couple of these are BEFORE the binky was officially taken away.)

The Car:

Hand in Popcorn Bowl: (Because who hasn't done that)

The Highchair: (Luke claims if she was REALLY his daughter she would've finished eating first, haha)

On the ground NEXT to her bed.
And even on some rare occasions..her ACTUAL bed.

It's A.......

BOY!
That's right. A boy. So for all of those people out there who swore Luke would have all daughters-there ya go! This little wiggle worm showed us he was all boy through the entire ultrasound. Every time they tried to catch a 3d picture of his face for us he kept flipping around to spread 'em and show us without any doubt he was a boy. We couldn't be more thrilled to be welcoming a little boy, a little Luke to run around the house. I hope he doesn't mind having a big sister that I'm sure will want to dress him up like a baby doll. Here's a couple of the pictures he allowed us to get OTHER than his bottom side!

We can't wait to see you in person, little man!

Birthday Boy!

I just wanted to make sure I don't forget someone's birthday who is EXTREMELY important to this little family....................
THIS GUY

Luke is such an amazing father, husband, son, friend, worker, student, and man in general. He is always putting his families' needs and wants before his own. Today we celebrate his 24th birthday..well we won't celebrate today because as every Tuesday and Thursday go we won't see him. On those days he leaves a little after 5:00 a.m. and doesn't get home until 1 a.m. Every other day of the week he leaves the same time but gets home around 6:00 p.m. to try to squeeze in family time, 2 full loads of classes, the gym, and dinner all in about 2 1/2 hours. Then overtime on the weekends making free time completely unavailable but all in the name of getting our family where we want to be some day. I have never met a more dedicated and hard working man. He is everything I want our kids to see an example of.

Dallace and I did a little photo shoot for him and hung the pictures up so he would see them for his birthday-here's how that went.

Luke, we love you so very much! Happy 24th Birthday!
